YAYYYYYYYYYYYYYY! I got a letter today from the NVC. I have my case number, I actually called and spoke with a very very nice lady on the phone today as well (at the State Department) my package has already been rec'd in London at the consulate, now we just wait for packet 3 to arrive with my future husband.

I am so freaking excited!!!!!!!!!!

I just got the email notice - NOA2 Approved! I'm no longer envious of those how filed after and were approved sooner!

Your inquiry has been received at the National Visa Center (NVC). The NVC has completed its processing of the visa petition you mentioned in your letter and has forwarded the petition to the assigned US Embassy/Consulate General for further processing on March 15, 2007.

Any further inquiries should be directed to the assigned US Embassy or Consulate General.

Hi Everyone,

Just wanted to Congratulate everyone who already has NOA1's 2s and beyond...We had to file at CSC ((( The average time so far is 94 days...But we had the most recent touch on March 12. I hope that's a good sign, no RFEs yet, and praying there won't be any. That's my biggest worry, I didn't have anyone here who could read through our application for me . It's really annoying that there is such a huge difference in timelines for people who filed at CSC vs. VSC, I wish they would do something about that...Anyway, sorry for complaining. Wooooo packet 3 ....... Ive been late into work every day since the London Embassy got the Packet just to wait for the post and now Ive got a day at work reading it. Never before have I so looked forward to an evening of form filling.

Oh u lucky thing just looked at my file on iscis site it was touched march 15th. can it b an noa2 oh i hope so. cant believe i cant get into my hotmail to check msn not workin plz dont let this be a rfe!!!!!!!! i,ll keep u all posted byeeeee

Congtrats.................You folks going thre VSC are getting spoiled. I think I should move!! I filed Feb. 2nd. I have given up on checking my case number and the progress of K-1 apps on the USIC site. The process date never changes. Sighhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

I am trying to be happy for you amidst my private pity party. I figure by the time you have your visa, get married and have a couple of kids, there is an outside chance that I will have a interview date. LOL>LOL.

Still no touches since 2/14...

On the plus(?) side my fiancee hasn't sent me the extra copies of the forms I asked her for yet either, I want to have them ready when I get an RFE...but so far everything is synchronized :-)
