Shannon and I found out that the London Embassy recieved our packet from the NVC on the March 2nd ......... Yay :dance: Packet 3 must be on its way very soon now and will get the fastest turn around in history.

I guess it's a lot to ask that they load balance between the service centers...with VSC cranking out NOA2's in 3 weeks and CSC in 3 months :clock: it would seem to be a no brainer to do so, then again common sense is a most uncommon commodity anymore, government services are no exception. :bonk:

Hehe, I may be up there with you for fastest turn around!! Everything is going so fast and smooth so far! JINX *knocks on wood*

Did you expect everything to go by this fast? I certainly didn't not that I'm complaining.

How do you know when the consulate receives your package? Mine should be sent off to the embassy soon. So it'll be good to know :D

My timeline:

02 - 09 - 2007 - Sending off of my I-129F package

02 - 13 - 2007 - NOA1 Received

02 - 21 - 2007 - Touched!

03 - 01 - 2007 - NOA2 Received

03 - 02 - 2007 - Touched Again!

03 - 06 - 2007 - NVC Received

03 - 07 - 2007 - Was told by email I-129F will be forwarded to Sydney

03 - 08 - 2007 - I-129F picked up by DHL and on it's way to Sydney!!

03 - 12 - 2007 - Sydney Consulate received packet! From DHL: 1:48 pm Shipment delivered WOOT

03 - 19 - 2007 - Packet Three is sent off!

03 - 20 - 2007 - Corey goes to get his fingerprints/police check completed. Now we wait for the investigation and then I can be assured he's not a criminal =]

03 - 21 - 2007 - Corey gets Pkt 3 via Registered Mail

03 - 22 - 2007 - Sent Corey a copy of all the documents and the notarized I-134.. hopefully everything arrives safely!

04 - 17 - 2007 - Corey's Medical Examination.. Let's hope everything goes great!

05 - 01 - 2007 - Corey's Medical Rescheduled to this date because doctor was away!

05 - 04 - 2007 - Corey's Initial Interview date! (We only had ONE week's notice!)

05 - 30 - 2007 - Corey's Rescheduled Interview date because there was no time for the initial one

i got a touch though. maybe i wasn't on the same desk as you but they moved me over there. haha

as long as i get approved, and the NOA2 in the mail by march 21st i'm all set. i'm going to see my fiance then and i would reallllllllllly like to bring him all the paperwork instead of mailing it again.

but, of course, i'd rather just get approved TODAY. with no RFE's. i seem to worry about the RFE thing a lot. a few iffy things about my package i worry they will care about or not. :wacko:

Yeah, I worry about my package, too. Although, since my status has been the same since 2/22, it seems like they haven't even looked at it yet. :(:crying:

I think you can bring him the paperwork in March anyway, even if you don't have the NOA2. You should be able to do the forms in advance, or at least do as many as you can, and bring them to him. I won't see my fiance until the end of May and I hope I won't have to wait until then for my NOA2. :crying:

lol, it seems people with an NOA1 dated on the 13th are being left behind :(

I hope it doesn't mean our application has some red flags that takes longer :(

I dont get why some are incredibly fast, but others are taking their time...

(I know I shouldn't be complaining after VSC is still faster than anywhere else :()
