Hi everyone, can you help me please...yesterday we received a checklist asking for the copy of the birth certificate of my son...we sent it with all the documents and now my question is can we sent the copy again and ask nvc if we can give the originals at interview, what else que we do, because we are really anxious about it pls help! we are from Honduras.thanks in advance for your answers!

you send it with I-130 or with civil doc kit into NVC?

how much of a checklist is it ?

Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

Yes since Nov. 12th you can send copies and the originals re to be brought to the interview.

Before you do that try calling NVC and ask for a supervisor and ask supervisor to please recheck your civil documents because you did include the Birth certificate. They might have just misplaces it. Did you write on a sticky or something your case# and name so if misplaced they know where it goes?

Hi everyone! we sent the document nvc want, they received the document last january 30...they say my case is complete but cant be sent to the embassy because they will check the document (my son birth certificate) and we have to wait more 60 days plus the waiting of the embassy...this is driving me crazy...has anyone be lucky and get cc before the 60 days, please I need to hear good news and advice me if I keep on calling nvc to get the my son cc. Thanks for your comments.
