My fiance will have an interview in February at the Embassy in Manila.

1.Will she will need to bring proof of my income?

2. Will she need to bring copies of my 2014 and 2013 tax returns to verify my income?

3. The problem is, I haven't filed 2014 and 2013 taxes yet, so is there any way around that?

4. I could file those returns right away, but it would show too low income for those years. Is that a problem?

5. Starting Jan 1 of this year, I have 2 part time permanent jobs as a w2 employee with pay stubs. The total income is $25,282.40, which is adequate for the K1 fiance visa. So, can we do this without having to present Tax Returns? And, with my newfound W2 pay stub income, does it matter if my previous self employed income is pretty low?

6. Would I use the form I-864 or form I-134?

7. If you have any knowledge or ideas on this, will you please share it asap?

Thanks!

I think she will have to bring prof of income to interview. You will have to use I-134 for this part of the K-1 visa. Later when you are doing aos in the USA you will need the I-864 form. I think you will need the most recently year for filing taxes or a letter stating why you did not file

You will not have 2014 tax returns as they have not been file yet. you should go ahead and file your 2013 form any way ,as the USA government require filing taxes(unless you make less then the require amount to file) it will keep you out of trouble with the IRS.

They mainly want to know about present income. so w-2 and paystubs are good. Also if you could get letter of employment verification stating your income will be good to bring to interview.

you stated that her interview was in February. You should have enough time to file your tax return and get a tax transcript as you can go online to the IRS website and print your tax transcript out.

I hope this helps
