It is possible they will ask. Are the girls currently in his custody? Where is the mom in this?

If i am reading this correctly they should not really ask for a DNA test as the kids were registered as his before you got married.

Question is here when he registered them did they put their dates of birth as 2008 and 2009 respectively or does their birth certificates show them both being born in 2011?

Just ensure that their I130's date of birth match what their birth certificate says and you should be fine.

It is possible they ask, but considering the circumstances, I would guess it is not super likely, especially if the father can show a relationship with the bio mom before conception and during the early years of the kids.
