visa approved, how long until its delivered?

Finally, officially, my wife has her visa packet in her hands! 13 days from approval to reciept. She called her local branch in Butuan and was able to pick it up in the afternoon.

She received a text from 2go on Saturday the 24th, but the lady at the Butuan office told her that that text comes from Manila. I guess it takes a couple more days to get the package to the province.

Congrats! I got mine today too

Hi x-racer, when did your status get Issued? I just got issued yesterday. Just calculating when I'll possibly have mine too.

My wife's visa status became "issued" on Jan. 22. Just checked again and the date updated to Jan. 26 but still says "issued". Does this mean that 2GO still does not have my wife's passport/visa?

Try tracking at the 2go website using your MNL case number or passport number:

There's something wrong with their website. I get this:

Provider error '80004005'

Unspecified error

That happens sometimes. We refresh or give it a wait. Include the letters also from the passport number. Edited by luckytwo15

Our visa is now showing on the 2go tracking site "in transit". Only our UID number works :)

Same here. What's your delivery type?

In my case its the case number.
