Try calling 2go and ask if they have it that's what I did yesterday but still not there and the guy told me to call on Monday or Tuesday maybe they will have it already .

I think if you have kids the USEM processes your visa faster. My observation when I went to my fiancées interview last week was that everyone with a kid got ushered to the front of the line, everyone else took a seat. Those with kids probably get their passports to the visa making machine first as a result.

I wish that was true! My fiancee interview was the 8th 2 kids and still no visa.

Just picked up mine and my son's visa earlier. We had our interview on January 13 and CEAC updated status to ISSUED the same day.

What I am confused about is that the website tracker status shows "Your passport is still with the US Embassy/Consulate" while the automated email response says "There is no status update available for the passport number submitted". Anyone knows which of these might be correct?

Hi Hank, for my wife's status on USTRAVELDOCS, we get this message after typing in the passport:

Passport Status : There is no status update available for the passport number submitted

So this means 2GO has my wife's passport already?

Yes that is what it means, if suddenly there is no status anymore.. means "Elvis has left the buildling"! The package may be sitting on the loading dock waiting for 2GO to retrieve or they may have it already and are sorting them for delivery... but I seriously would be expecting a text from 2GO soon.

I called 2go yesterday they still don't have my passport but also said by Monday maybe they will have it??

Did u try again? Or try tracking 2go?

Mine was issued since my interview date on jan 14 til now no text from 2go,then I also keep checking ustraveldocs says NO STATUS UPDATED and on 2go website says invalid/ 0 transaction found. Hope we will receive our packet very soon.
