If guns and cars are the same, then why do you need both? Why don't you just keep your car handy?

Same question. Why don't criminals use cars to rob banks? Why are our attack helicopters not armed with cars? I mean they kill more people right?

It would be rare for a criminal to NOT use a car during a bank robbery, maybe not inside the bank but afterwards. In fact I would almost bet the number of cars used are the same as the number of guns used as some robbers never display a gun and may not have one. Also dropping a car on a enemy might be as effective as using other specialized weapons , Are you now including military projectiles and the devices that file them in the class of guns. I would really love to meet the bank robber that is toting a Phalanx.

Not stolen guns. Just guns. Legally owned guns sold in private transactions to buyers without any background checks whatsoever. It's been documented time and again.

It would also be rare for a criminal to not use shoes during a bank robbery. I wonder what the success rate would be for a bank robber armed only with shoes and a car?

The criminals with guns are not as scary as the "law abiding" citizens that have watched the entire "Death Wish" series. Too many vigilantes out there just waiting for some scary "criminally inclined type" to render "justice" unto.
