Hi Everyone,

After our I 601 waiver approved, embassy asked my fiance to submit I 212 waiver, we sent in the application and they got it on 12/30/2014, Any idea when will i hear back from them? and what will happen after when we get approved?

Due to what we have been thru and all this long wait, our days are moving so slow and its killing us and we keep our fingers crossed no more denials from embassy ..

thanks and good luck to all ..

If I601 is approved then the 212 will be shortly, when

the confirmation is sent to your embassy the ball starts

rolling again towards visa issuance, Sign up at CEAC

with # from NVC and you can check the site st times

although not always current...it will say refused until

visa printed

  • 4 weeks later...
  • 7 months later...
