Hey, just got married today, been in the US since the 14th of dec2014 on the visa waiver... found out my gf was pregnant around the time we arrived here and so we went and got married today and were accepted and got all that over with... we're living with her grandmother and her grandfather who is going to help us towards filing papers with money sponsorship and me being able to stay here to care for my unborn baby and my newly wedded wife..

money isnt an issue for papers or for proving sponsorship as we are told it isnt from her grandparents so there a very big help..

our only issues are as follows:

we just got married today, and the magistrate said he will send it all off and we may hear back by friday of next week.. (can we apply for AOS etc NOW? or file after we get our certificate of marriage?)

if we file AOS what else do we need to file in our situation (i wanna be able to work and provide for my family we are starting, so work permits? etc?

and anything else that will benefit us is helpful please let us know! and it must be correct information please because we will gladly follow whoever helps us and file wha they think is best for us in this situation...

we're filing from North Carolina so where do we send the papers too? and is there any chance of us being denied? i hear they can deny anyone.. specially if its unintended? so i assume if we got married for fun just to obtain a greencard that'd obviously be fraud?

well we got married in the spur of the moment because we found out she was pregnant when we arrived here in the USA.. so is that intent? :/

thank you! (UK-NC)
