I am not sure but I was thinking the Embassy was closed today for the Pope's visit, so not sure the website might not be working either. Monday is also a holiday as well.

Good Luck

It can take up to 24 hours after paying at BPI before the payment shows up in the system normally. Weekends sometimes extend this.

I don't know if my experience would help but I tried scheduling it online but it was so damn confusing. I tried it many times until we decided to just call. Wayyyyyy easier! My advice is to call so that everything is set up right. They will email you everything that your fiancee needs.

Thank you and appreciate the information. I am trying to get release from the hospital to go and be with her there. I was a little confuse how far can we set up an interview and medical date.

Thanks your advise came in handy and we will call.

I hope you feel better. Yes, for me calling is better and the represetative will also give you available days to choose same availability with what is online. Give it like a week apart, whenever you get your interview date have her take her medical date a week before the interview so they will have time to forward it to the US embassy. That was what we did. After the interview it takes like a week delivered by 2go carrier I believe if they haven't changed it. Goodluck!

I paid Thursday and was able to schedule just earlier today... around 2pm Philippine Time 01/20/2015.

I think because of the banks being closed due to the Papal visit... :)
