When Kui's petition was sent to Guanzhou, they sent me (the petitioner) a letter stating that it was sent to the US Consulate in Guangzhou.

I never received anything from NVC. But I did call them evey single day! That's how I knew when it left NVC and I was able to track the package to Brazil.

We received a letter from NVC stating our petition had been mailed.

We received a notice saying our petition had been received at NVC. However, it stated it was for a K3 and our petition was for a K1. I freaked! Called the NVC and they were very nice, told us not to worry that it was just a glitch and that they knew our petition was for a K1. Whew! Gotta hate those glitches...made my already shot nerves even worse.

They should, though I never got one, I just called and emailed NVC once a week until I found out.
