I did the same & had no issues.

Granted, a different consulate.

and i only sent to my fiance my tax document from 2013 and statement from employer. think that will suffice? I did not include bank letter or whatever it was saying on the form

that nervousness and reality is setting in so i am getting on edge. his medical is scheduled on the 28th

We used the example on here to fill out the I-134 and had no problems. We had a co-sponsor and I only had to hand over the sponsors I-134 and most recent tax document. I had letter from employer, bank statements etc all ready to hand in but they didn't ask for any of it.

Good luck.

London typically only want one form of evidence for the affidavit of support so that should be fine :)

awesome! I have sent him all that stuff earlier so he has it but, thought to myself, should I have sent bank stuff? I know I read somewhere someone's bank would give them a letter or something like that or simply gave them a hassle about it. I swear, it's like when you ask people for things for immigration purposes people act so scared lol, they don't want to get involved as they feel if they do something wrong they will get shutdown by the government or something haha!
