Hey All,

has anyone experienced NVC losing your documents?

I sent in a revised Affidavit that was received, according to USPS tracking, on Dec 22, even with the holidays, I have called in once every week since then, and they said they still have no received it and keep mentioning its busier with the holidays etc.

I am completely upset. Even more so because it takes forever just to get an agent and then to be told they still don't have our paperwork which delays our process even more! :(

Our paperwork was lost 4 times. All which were sent in by courier and signed for. Been playing this game with them since March 25, 2014 and still sitting in Canada waiting for this process to finally end 22 months later. Talking to a superviser is wasting your time. Send them in again and also email them.

I do recommend doing everything by EP. I understand people liked to send in the documents because it was faster for a time but when you never lose a photocopy and email is free, why the heck not?!

EP seems to have been pretty easy. I always received an email about a week after submitting documents, and there was never any issues of losing or not receiving documents. I think they have refined the process somewhat.
