Packets 3 and 4 Sending Documents?

Timeline

For Packets 3 and 4. Do you send them documents normally? or does everything get taken to the medical and interview. For instance.... If i read it right the only time someone sees the affidavit of support is during the interview that the beneficiary brings. Is that correct?

The reason I ask is because I see on some peoples timeline they send stuff out for packet 3 and 4. Wasn't sure if it's just different for each embassy.

07/23/2015 - Received both NOA1 in the mail

07/31/2015 - Received Biometrics Appt. Letter

08/11/2015 - Biometrics Appointment

08/20/2015 - Received Email for I485 Interview

09/15/2015 - EAD Approval Notice

09/18/2015 - EAD Delivery Notice

09/22/2015 - I485 Interview APPROVED

09/22/2015 - EAD Card Arrived

Each embassy is different. No personal documents are mailed to London. See the London instructions here http://london.usembassy.gov/iv_15.html

If you are on a mobile device, use the full site or get on a PC for better navigation. I think you overlook things in the mobile version.
