Hello folks,

first of all I want to wish all of you a happy successful new year, full with happiness, joy and prosperity and early approval for everything without any hassles.

I have a question. I am from Jordan living in Germany, our interview will be in Germany, Frankfurt.

WE are at the NVC, and we sent the AOS and IV together and the scan date was Jan 13, 2015. I was reading yesterday and the requirement for the police clearance from Jordan changed from an intelligence report to an no conviction certificate :cry: .

the lawyer sent the intelligence report, it has Arabic and English within, so it didn't need translation.

now the question, do you think we\ll receive a checklist or will we be asked to bring the no conviction certificate to the interview?

thanks a million!

I'm not an expert but it is hard to tell how NVC is thinking. Hope you'll get through without a checklist!
