Hi I was wondering if anyone has run into a situation like I have, I filed an I-824 for my case and want to do consular processing overseas so it is suppose to go to the NVC. I waited for 6 months for the I-824 to process and now I just got an email saying that my case is going to the Nebraska service center!! Has anyone ever had that happen and what would be the best thing to do in this situation?

I have been reading this forum for quite sometime, and I have never seen another question about an I-824. I had to look it up to see what it was. I do not think there is anyone currently here who has any expereinces with this particular form. I would assume that if your case is going to Nebraska you have another 5.5 month wait to see if it is approved. I hope everything works out for you.
