On June 25, 2014, we received your response to our Request for Evidence for your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status, Receipt Number MSCxxxxxxxxxx. Our Nebraska Service Center office will begin working on your case again. We will mail you a decision or notify you if we need something from you. You should receive a decision or case update by August 24, 2014, unless fingerprinting or an interview are needed.

We got a waiver letter too in September and my husband will be here a year come February 11, 2015. Im ready to make my infopass appt cause I dont want him to have any issues. I was told just to hang on in there and something will happen. I'll wait but I will do what needs to be done.

Good luck

Thank you for all the replies.

I went to my local office on Jan 29th, exactly 6 months from the date on the potential wavier letter we received and they didn't say much. All they said was it can

take a year. I decided to call USCIS and speak to an officer; he told me the same thing as far as the time frame it can take. He said that a year is a normal time

frame for the aos. He stated our case is in Missouri and he would request a status update from them, to allow 2 weeks and we should receive a letter in the mail.

My husbands employment/travel-waiver letter card came from the National Benefits Center @ Lee's Summit Missouri. Is anyone's case there two?

My concern is his employment/travel card expires in June, they advised to apply in March for a renewal card if we still have the aos pending.

According to what the officer said if we are under the C9 category we don't have to pay a fee again. Does this apply to the I-131 Travel too?

If I'm correct, I would be doing a renewal not replacement...? Also is there any visa journey link/guide on the renewal steps for these two docs?

Appreciate everyone's time and help. Hope we get a response soon! :)

You are correct there is no fee for EAD/AP Renewal, I'm gonna have to renew mine too in March since I'm in the same situation as yourself, not heard a thing since May 2014

Thanks for your response. Do you know if there is a link on VJ for the renewal process for these two/pending I-485?

The $85 bio metric fee is still applicable correct?

Wish you the best! :)

You're not getting a new biometrics. And there's no fees involved other than postage.

Within 120 days of your EAD expiring you fill out an i765 form and tick the renewal box on the form, send in the copy of the NOA for i485 and that's it!

05-18-2022: Filed N-400 online. Received online NOA and Biometrics re-use.

06-03-2022: Interview scheduled (online notice).

06-10-2022: Interview letter received via USPS.

07-11-2022: Naturalization Interview
