Depends, why would you not send your co sponsor's tax return? and I don't think they would ask for 2014 since its early in the year some people haven't even gotten their W-2 yet so they wouldn't be able to file tax for 2014. If ever they asked for 2014 just say you haven't filed yet becase you haven't gotten your W-2 (only if that's the case).

Did you not send your tax return and w-2 with your AOS when you send it in August?

If your husband's interview is AFTER the tax filing deadline then you must send him your and the joint sponsor's 2014 ITR and W2.

Scanned copies are fine. Your husband can just print them out.

Check your NOA1 and NOA2. Your priority date (PD) is stated there.

"Current" means that your PD has to be earlier than the posted PD on the Visa Bulletin in order to get an interview letter. There are threads created here every last week of the month so VJ members can update each other who gets the interview letters and what their priority dates are. From there we can make an estimate of how far the PD moves.

Interview letters are sent out via email every last week of the month until the first week of the following month. Right now we are waiting for the March interviews. NVC will send out the I/L on the last week of January up to the first week of February.

Currently those who are going to be interviewed in February are the F2A filers whose priority dates are earlier than 08MAY2013. For Mexico its 22APR2013.

I would recommend that you submit in the same pattern as before Only if they ask you to resubmit your AOS (Which they wont as your interview will hopefully be done before August 2015) as per your Priority Date being July2013. Why I am 0redicting that they wont, because AOS is valid for a period of 1 year. But yes, there is a sleek chance that they may ask for your current tax returns aswell as of your co-sponsors.

All da best...

Priority Date: 22 July 2013

Case Complete: 02 April 2014
