For question C17 on the I-130 form, where it asks "list husband/wife and all children of your relative", what should I write? I am the petitioner, my wife is the beneficiary. We do not have any children.

Should my name be included on the list since I am her husband?

Should my wife's name be listed as she is my wife?

Should I just write N/A?

Hi,

Yes...just your name should be there...not your wife's. The question is asking for the husban/wife and children of the benificiary.
