I have been trying to copy and paste a link for you, but it is not working. On the travel.state.gov site there is a page that says "How To Submit Your Documents" There is a chart on that page with the case number letters, and SCO is not there. I am afraid you will have to send your docs through the mail.

EDIT : Yay!! Made it work! Check this link..

Thank you, I was hoping that I would have been able to do it. I am completely TERRIFIED of submitting documents physically to NVC. I have had the worst experience with them.

I can understand. I was lucky to be able to use EP. Just make sure you keep a duplicate packet of everything you send them. They don't require you to send the originals anymore, so that is a relief. Just keep a spare packet just in case. They will ask for your originals at the interview. Good luck! :)
