question under Previous US travel: Has anyone ever filed an immigrant petition on your behalf with the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services? yes or no.

Does K1 fall under this immigrant petition? I was petitioned using k1 before but we have already withdrawn it.

Answer YES and explain that it was withdrawn when you have your interview BUT only if the CO brings up the topic otherwise "mum" is the best policy. BTW, always be truthful when answering the questions either on a form or from an official during your visa process. Don't volunteer information unless asked, then answer truthfully.

Check Cashed Dec 21, 2015 Check was cashed

NOA-1 Issued Dec 21, 2015 NOA-1 for ROC issued

The answer is "YES" and you will have to explain briefly what happened to the previous petition filed on your behalf before. It won't be an issue during the interview. If they ask you, then answer honestly.
