would i need to file for a

I-601, Application for Waiver of Grounds of Inadmissibility ?

also whats this I-485 Supplement A and do i need to file for that with my I-485

In regards to your overstay it won't be an issue. You're panicking for no reason. At this stage you should only be concerned if your marriage were a sham. If your marriage is for real and not for the purpose of your getting a greencard you have nothing to worry about.

thanks alot and yea im not that worried about that ive been dating him for about 2 years now and then this happened outta the blue i have people photos and all that , that can vouch for a real relationship i was just wondering now if i had to file for a I-601 now as i will have an over stay since we wont be getting married until 4 days after my visa expires i have money to pay for the forms but we cannot afford an attorney right now so a little confussed by all the forms looked at the guide you gave me i got everything down apart from whether i will need a I-601 or not and heard if i need one and file it with I-485 its free and what is a I-485 supplement A

ok probably the most annoying-est thing ever to ask but please please help ahah i have read it like 9 times now and im lost im looking at my I-485 ive filled it all out apart from the application type what one should i tick im so lost at what one i come under so sorry just wana get it all right

This part of the application stumps a lot of applicants. The correct one in your case is "a"

also i don't really need the advanced parole don't have family to visit so if i just send the work authorization off with the I-485 without the advanced parole i still don't have to pay for the work authorization right ?

You will not have to pay extra if you don't include form I-131 but you don't pay less either. Your total should be $1,490.

ok thanks allot was a lil stumped also with the advocate of supports that are gonna be submitted how do i find out my alien registration number ?

You shouldn't have an alien number, leave that box blank. You will be issued an A number once USCIS receives your I-485.

ok so back to the last name thing guys i dont plan on returning to my country as i honestly have nothing there but a bank account which im currently in the process of closing i did the medical exmaination and my husband made me the appointment as Vxxxxxxx nxxxx ( his last name ) my marriage licence says Vxxxxxxx mxxxx so its all gotten messed up how would i change my last name to his since i do kinda wana do that on my aos forms ect im sending off can i just put down Vxxxxxxx nxxxx aka my husbands last name since we were married ? or is it more complicated cause i heard the name u put down on the forms will come out on your green card no matter what i want to change my name and heard if i do it like that and want to change my name it will cost me to get the green card re done help ?
