There is no such thing as the "fastest office" for government documents. The speed at which the Phil government works is all the same. To speed up the process be sure to have your documents ready and I would recommend that you read the information contained at this website which explains the entire process of the online registration process.

In reality there is only one real NBI "Office" in Manila and that's their main HQ on Taft Ave. Everything else is just a satellite location at local Malls so that the workload is distributed and so that NBI HQ isn't swamped with people like it was 5-10 yrs ago.

Now are you asking which location has the shortest lines? I'd personally recommend Robinson's Otis along UN Avenue. It's out of the way and not along the LRT/MRT lines and not really serviced by Jeepney routes that I know of. I went and got my personal (for Work) NBI Clearance and I was done with the application in about 20minutes.

If you're asking fastest in terms of having the paper NBI Clearance in your hands, that's a different matter. That all depends on whether your wife has a criminal/civil case record, even if she was just charged or arrested and the case never made it to court or a case never actually filed. Or, if she has a fairly common name and someone with the same first/maiden name has something similar. If she gets a "hit" it may take a few days to upto a week to get the Clearance. In the worst case scenario, she'll have to have a personal appearance at NBI HQ to clear things up.

Hope this helps.

I actually researched this online and I read this was a fast location. Now I know why thanks to your response.

My wife actually received her NBI yesterday after 3 two hour bus rides to get it.The problem is she listed her nick names and similar spelling used on baptism certificate as required. Unfortunately NBI didn'tlist the names on the final NBI.

I don't want her to have to make a 4th trip as I will be there next month and I will take her to the NBI in Manila.

She did get a hit so I'm not sure if we should go to the main or the NBI you recommend. We could always come back in a week to pick up.
