CFO online appointment system error

I was wondering if anyone else was having a problem making an online CFO appointment. We get and error message, then when we try to access the site again, it says that the email address has already been used and to try another. When we try another, we get the same error message. Thank You!

No error for me when I set an appointment last night and I use same email add. Just keep trying

Try a different browser like Firefox or chrome. It's funny that way. Others have had the same problem but when the switch it works.

That doesn't work either. Now when I try to submit the initial form where you have to enter the captcha, it takes me right back to the same form with a new captcha. Tried different email address, different browsers. It's not giving me the error anymore, just in an endless cycle of entering new captchas. I had my fiance try in the Philippines and it's doing the same thing.

Clear cache and cookies, close the browser. Restart the computer and reopen the site. Hope it works.
