Islamabad K1 Visa, Packet 3.5 HELP!!!

Hey guys,

I have an issues. We sent our packet 3.5 about 30 days ago to US Embassy - Islamabad. Our online status has not changed at all. it still says December 3d (thats when they emailed me Packet 3.0). My fiancee in Pakistan used TCS to send the packet 3.5, according to the TCS tracking system they said they delivered it on December 19th. I called the NVC here in the US and they said they dont have any information because once they send the K1 file to the US embassy they dont handle anything at NVC anymore. I emailed the embassy 4 times already with in the last 10 days and they have not responded at all.

All I want to know if they embassy has received my packet 3.5

Any advice for me? should i just keep waiting? Or is there any way besides email that I can get a confirmation from the embassy.

Brother I am from Pakistan. TCS being a domestic courier service has a reputation of delivering documents on time.

If they say, the delivery has been made, then you have to believe it.

Other than that, you can Fax the US Embassy in Islamabad, Pakistan at +92-51-262-3673

or CLICK HERE for inquiry page.

Case Complete: 02 April 2014

Brother I am from Pakistan. TCS being a domestic courier service has a reputation of delivering documents on time.

If they say, the delivery has been made, then you have to believe it.

Other than that, you can Fax the US Embassy in Islamabad, Pakistan at +92-51-262-3673

thanks bro! that gives me hope. Ill try faxing them also. I give it till the end of the month and see if they respond to my emails.

UPDATE: The embassy finally emailed me. They did not get my documents. So i sent them the TCS tracking number to further inquire about it. Worse comes to worse, my process will get delayed 3-4 months because getting all those original documents in Pakistan isnt easy.

Sad day today!!!

I hope you are right. You can reply to their emails you have to use the email system and i dont know when they will look at my email. I really hope they find the papers.

thats just the worse case... Also most of the documents were originals and getting documents from Pakistani state departments is hell... so thats why i think it will get pushed out. I hope it doesnt. i hope they find the documents at the embassy. i have TCS tracking showing it was delivered.

Kind of same thing happened with me. In my case Islamabad embassy delayed by one month in sending packet 3.5 to me. Anyway, whenever you see any irregular waiting pattern for your case, never hesitate to email them. Hope they get your docs. I sent mine via TCS too and after 4 days of sending docs I emailed Islamabad embassy to know whether they recieved or not.
