London Medical & letter from GP re:depression

My fiance has his medical appointment this upcoming Monday. He did have a period of anxiety and depression so he asked his GP to write a letter prior to him going to Knightsbridge. Will this wording on the letter be ok?

"His only significant past medical history is of episodes of anxiety and depression with episodes recorded in September 2005 and from August 2012. I was involved with his care with his latest episode. He was treated with medication. Citalopram at the dose of 20mg initially rising to 30mg daily. He made very good progress with this and was essentially back to normal by Spring 2013. He continued on medication on my advice until discontinuing in February 2014. He has remained entirely well since coming off his medication, with no relapse of any of his symptoms of anxiety and depression. He does not represent any ongoing risk of harm to himself or others presently. He continues to enjoy good physical health."

Looks fine, the key part is the wording that he doesn't present a threat to himself or others

Just a general question which came up my mind a lot lately. Why would you even be worried? I mean it's not like he has to say that he took medication until a year ago? I mean who cares? or even how would the physician at the medical know about it?

In London there are two medical history questionnaires to fill out. Patients are asked about depression. The examining physician wouldn't know unless it was reported by the patient, or if physical evidence like scars from self-abuse were present, or if the patient "just didn't seem right" when chatting with the doctor.

The examining doctor has the right to make his own medical evaluation regardless of what other doctors put in their reports. But having a report showing that this condition has already been treated with 100% success will go a long way to getting the examinng doctor to conclude the same way. In other word, don't worry.
