I just wanted to post this for people who have the same problem in the future. So they know all hope is not lost. :dancing:

My fiancee forgot to send the pictures of us when filing for the I-129F. I was really scared we would get an RFE for that. But we did not. We got approved without sending pictures.

Now they say pictures are secondary evidence. And the passport stamps are more important. So if this happens to anyone else. Don't stress about it. As long as you have send them proof of meeting. You will be fine! :goofy:

Feb.23,2018: Mailed I-751 to CSC

Mar. 21, 2018: Received NOA

April.6,2018: Received extension letter 

April.24,2018: Waived Biometrics

It is true. It's been circulated here many times and many others had experience about the pictures as a secondary evidence since many people can send the old pictures to proof they have met in person within 2 years as per I-129F requirement.

Pictures are second evidences, pictures are needed for the consulate realy.

The packet you sent will be sent to the consulate and there they are going to study your case before interview , more evidence is good.

When you go to the interview they have an idea about their desision.

You know pictures help a little to know about your relationship, but pictures arent the only thing they care.

Hold on there. You just admitted you felt Lucky not getting a RFE for No Pictures. I don't fell it's a good idea to suggest to other Members they are not needed even though secondary. I would think they would like to see a picture. Members: Send 4 to 12 pictures together and solid evidence of times and places. AND CONGRATS TO YOU OP!

I'm so sorry you took my expression wrong. RFE's of any sort trouble/stress Petitioner/Beneficiaries. Look at my RFE's. Hence; Fire the Attorneys.

Many New Members get confused on the 2 year Requirement of meeting in person and Proof. It is very important when submitting the 129-F Petition. What is Normal? Take some pictures.

06-11-2007 = NOA1 date (unknown to me).

07-20-2007 = Phoned Immigration Officer; got WAC#; where's NOA1?

09-25-2007 = Touch (first-ever).

09-28-2007 = NOA1, 23 days after their 45-day promise to send it (grrrr).

10-20 & 11-14-2007 = Phoned ImmOffs; "still pending."

12-11-2007 = 180 days; file is "between workstations, may be early Jan."; touches 12/11 & 12/12.

12-18-2007 = Call; file is with Division 9 ofcr. (bckgrnd check); e-prompt to shake it; touch.

12-19-2007 = NOA2 by e-mail & web, dated 12-18-07 (187 days; 201 per VJ); in mail 12/24/07.

01-09-2008 = File from USCIS to NVC, 1-4-08; NVC creates file, 1/15/08; to consulate 1/16/08.

01-23-2008 = Consulate gets file; outdated Packet 4 mailed to fiancee 1/27/08; rec'd 3/3/08.

04-29-2008 = Fiancee's 4-min. consular interview, 8:30 a.m.; much evidence brought but not allowed to be presented (consul: "More proof! Second interview! Bring your fiance!").

05-05-2008 = Infuriating $12 call to non-English-speaking consulate appointment-setter.

05-06-2008 = Better $12 call to English-speaker; "joint" interview date 6/30/08 (my selection).

06-30-2008 = Stokes Interrogations w/Ecuadorian (not USC); "wait 2 weeks; we'll mail her."

07-2008 = Daily calls to DOS: "currently processing"; 8/05 = Phoned consulate, got Section Chief; wrote him.

08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

08-27-08 = Phoned consulate (they "couldn't find" our file); visa DHL'd 8/28; in hand 9/1; through POE on 10/9 with NO hassles(!).

Thank you for understanding.

When we realized we forgot the pictures. I looked everywhere online for advice. I couldn't find anyone who had the same issue. So it made me really really worried.

My friend told me its secondary don't stress out too much.

Obviously in situations like this you still worry a lot.

But I'm guessing if this ever happened to anyone else. They can read this and think. Okay there is still hope. We might not get an RFE for it.

  •  We stayed 6 days at the Kemael Hotel Tabarre 58, Rue C. Sylvain #4 Tabarre Haiti $80.00USD per night. It is off Boulevard 15 Octobre

  • As of October 4, 2016 Still waiting for RFE hardcopy to come in the mail, called USCIS on September 30, 2016 no help.
  • As of November 3, 2016 We received an email in regards to not receiving in the mail the Request for Evidence (RFE) , come to find out they really didn't need any additional information. So now the have to wait another 120 more days before we can get an interview or approval. This is some BS.
  • As of February 7, 2017, We received in the mail Interview Date for AOS on March 20, 2017

Mar 2011 - After 5mths denied for lost docs - Attempts to follow up failed. Mar 18 2012 - I-129F sent - No sign of NOA1 but they have banked the check...Jul 24 - Update - USCIS has located our file
Infopass Apt - they sorted through everything - our 2011 and 2012 file keep getting mixed up - getting us a Case# (still waiting) Dec- Infopass Appt- expecting to get a case # in about a week ..Still no Case number
Mar 2013 Infopass - advised file was in a box somewhere,and it would be quicker for us to refile. Life gets in the way... New petition submitted July 2014 .
