What is needed for 5 year green card eligible n400 applicants?

Tax transcripts (all 5 years worth?).

Green card copy.

Birth certificate.

Application.

N400 application & biometrics fee.

Traffic tickets?

Passport style photo...

I'm going to be helping a family member and want to make sure I don't mess it up for them.

I applied based off my 3 year marriage.

just send form,

copy of his Green Card,

two passport style pictures,

a check or money order with the fee and

the form for electronic registration I guess is a G1145 or something like that

no trafic tickets

no transcripts

that is what I sent

Of course it depends on his particular case if he has a record with the law of problem with taxes you must attach any evidence that explain the behavior.

Citizenship at last.... last step in this journey?
