Hi everyone

I am a k1 visa holder and I am filing for my AOS. The medical has confused me a bit.

I got a medical before I left the UK in October 2014. Will I have to get another one?

On my DS-3025 the "US vaccination requirements COMPLETE" is checked. Does that mean I will need no more vaccines?

Is it best to have the i-693 to be completed and sent away with the I-485 package?

Thanks

  • The medical is good for a year
  • If all vaccination is completed you don't need an I-693. Just send a copy of your DS-3025

So let me make sure I get what your saying. I don't need to attend a civil surgeon at all? All I need to do is submit my DS-3025?

Thanks for your reply. I appreciate the help.

It is rare to see one marked complete instead of blanket waiver. If they are all marked off correctly, then no civil surgeon needed.
