what you are not understanding is that the evidence you need is anything that you have JOINT with your spouse. mortgage or lease, utility bills like electric and heat, water and sewer bills, cable bills, joint bank accounts, copies of driver licenses at the same address, if you don;t have a drivers license you can still get a state ID card from the DMV with your address, health insurance for both of you, pictures together with family and friends, you need 2 affidavits from family members and/or friends testifying that you are indeed a couple, if you have traveled anywhere together you can show copies of plane tickets and passport stamps if you traveled out of the country together think of anything you have JOINTLY. There are countless ways to show proof of a relationship and marriage. You should have thought about prepared for all of this long before a few months before removing conditions.

You said you have a bank account together. That is good, really good, as a starting point. You'll want to print out quite a few statements from that in order to compensate for the lack of other accounts.

Can you be added to the lease or the car title?

A lot of times new immigrants don't have credit scores, which is why you were unable to get joint on the credit cards. However, you can apply for a small secured credit credit card. After about 2 months, this will open your credit account.

No one can give you advice on what to do with your life insurance companies, that is very personal to you. If you want to start your plan back up and pay your premiums and include that policy in the ROC packet, it won't hurt.

Just some side personal advice - perhaps you should be the money manager in your household? Make sure bills (like life insurance) get paid, etc. ? You can set up life insurance to direct debit and/or pay 6 months at a time so it is less likely there will be mishaps in the future.
