Primary evidence for having met in the last 2 years

My fiance and I met at my college. We both took the same class last summer. Would a copy of both of our transcripts be primary evidence that we met in the past 2 years?

no that will only be consider secondary evidence if that. Did you meet here or there? passport stamp are the best proof to show that you was somewhere, also receipts with you and her will help, do you have some pictures if not you could take some, that is good secondary evidence. also copies of text messages and online chats are good. but school transcript on it own will not be enough

The evidence I sent: College transcripts, Itinerary of her and I's flight to Florida, Our hotel room key's scanned which had our name on it, our universal studios park pass which had our pictures on it, her driver's license, my driver's license, 8 pictures of us together, skype messages, facebook posts with dates and pictures showing us together, her boarding pass from florida back to our homestate (Oklahoma), her electronic ticket record of her leaving oklahoma and back to Korea, A log of our emails back and forth where we talked about the finance class we were taking together. Her passport stamps were over 2 years old so I didn't include those. Do you think the evidence that I included is enough?

You think I provided sufficient evidence? I thought that the transcript was very strong evidence but i haven't seen anyone use it as evidence. They're official ones printed from the school. And we took the same class. I was just curious how strong my evidence was that we met.

that is good evidence but some of it you probably did not need to sent drivers license as that does not prove nothing and is not require but the other is good, but why did you post earlier just asking about school transcript

yes but you took the same class with how many other students it does not prove nothing, the hotel room key the studio pass proves that you was together the pictures help prove that the chats and e-mail help prove your relationship. the receipt for your florida trip will be also good with the iternary

well, i know there is primary and secondary evidence. and i know that the more you have of each, the better. So I was seeing if the official college transcripts would be included in the primary or the secondary. I've been reading other posts on the forums about talking about evidence and it seems that passport photos is a good primary evidence, but i did not include these since she had not gotten one in 2 years while she was going to school here in the US. I was just trying to calm my mind is all.

passport photos is not use for evidence however they are require you should of sent in the I-129f form alone with 2 g325-a forms for both and passport photos of each.also later in the process she willneed some more passport photos also did you include an eltronic notification I will post a link for the K-1 visa it sounds like you need to read it a little more
