I know it's only been about a month and a half, but it seems like there are quite a few petitions with later NOA1 dates than mine and my fiancée's getting approved (my NOA1 date is 11/24/14)...I know I'm probably just being impatient but anyone want to reassure me that this is normal and I just need to wait? Or should I consider calling?

I am sure I am going to be slammed for saying this given my own short wait, however, all USCIS will tell you is that processing times for CSC is five months. Whilst we know this not to be true because of visa journey, unfortunately for some people it is closer to this estimate.

Sorry for your waiting time being longer, I hope you guys get your NOA2 soon!

Can you update your filing location to CSC instead of Tsc. A lot of people at CSC think that since they sent their petition to the Texas lockbox it means they filed there. Thank you.

Your prediction on your timeline says late April to June. That is based on every K1 with a Visa Journey timeline processing at your service center. So maybe a few got extremely lucky or expedited being from the Philippines, but many are probably just like you.

Play around with this http://www.visajourney.com/timeline/monthly_filers.php?cfl=

You will see that for November NOA1s at TSC, There are 33 approved and 95 not. You aren't the only one and you haven't been left out yet.

EDIT: oh sorry! Your profile said TSC, so that's what I looked up.

Honestly, you will get nowhere calling at this point. Don't waste your time, unless you enjoy talking to brainless drones. If you do, then by all means call USCIS.

If it makes you feel any better I am at csc, I filed early September and no sign of noa-2 yet. There is also someone else on vj that filed in August at csc and no noa-2 yet. So over a month is still ok.

Mid-January already, and you filed in early September, yet no NOA2 yet? And by your profile you're a Philippine filer? And at CSC to boot?

So much for the "expedited" Philippine petitions...

Yup...this is all true!! And my sentiments exactly. It's always been my luck for these things to happen...to me. But I guess that's life right? So if you only are waiting a month don't feel so bad. I've been waiting over 4 and yes my fiancé is from the Philippines. Sucks...it really does.
