Good day my uncle is schedule for a visitin visa to the usa. But his sister is also filing for him to go to canada and the canadian embassy has his passport ..he had reschedule his visa appointment for next week but he still havent got his passport back yet so it looks like he is goin to have to reschedule again ...my question is will it be a problem with the usa embassy in jamaica since he keeps on rescheduling... and will it be a problem if they see the canadian stamp in his passport also?

The Canadian embassy can't hold the passport forever, so you could ask for it back until the other visa is approved and send it back in for stamping. People who are stuck in long periods of AP do that sometimes.
