Combo card was 'delivered' but we received nothing, I guess this is a common problem with USCIS & USPS. We're trying to track down where it could be. Hope this doesn't happen to anyone else!

Good Monday,

It was so nice to see that our status for EAD was updated sometime between today and Saturday March 14..... "On March 14, 2015, we ordered your new card for Receipt Number MSC************, and will mail it to the address you gave us. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address." No email or text update yet.

I wouldn't worry about it: many others have previously experienced this, and we had the issue that USPS alleged attempted delivery and holding for pickup that turned out to be 'out for delivery'...in short, the USPS is a bit of a mess with these, but sit tight, as they tend to sort out. It's often best to phone your local post office, simply because they often have a better idea of whether or not they've got the package in their position, which I did this morning.

My case status changed on 6 March to say that it is ready to be scheduled for an interview. I guess now I just wait for my interview appointment letter. I had a RFE and it doesn't seem to have slowed anything down much. Pretty exciting!

Our case status was updated.....

"On March 16, 2015, we approved your Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization , Receipt Number MSC**********. We will mail your approval notice. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address."

Seems a little backwards considering the first notification we recieved stated that the card had already been ordered and that it would be mailed.

Status changed once again. It changed to the original "Ordered new card...." Except with a new date of March 17th.

Yep, we sorted it out with the post office & received it yesterday!

Interview tomorrow morning at 11:35 in Philly. We have our tower of paperwork ready to go. Both of us are nervous since we don't know what to expect...
