Hello!! We sent off our AOS packet last today! Any other January filers out there? We are adjusting off of a K-1 visa. We submitted for AP and EAD also.

Hi, Sent of my forms at the end of the December last year, we sent in i-130, i-485, AP and EAD, I have gotten NOA1 text and physical receipts, but nothing since then. Anyway I have been looking for a January filers group just to keep up to date on the speed of things,

Originally filed AOS documents on 22nd December 2014 they were received 26th and heard nothing. No NOA1, no texts or emails and the check was never cashed so re-filed all paperwork today after cancelling the check (14th January 2015)

Sent I-485 with EAD AND AP on 7th jan and today got email from USCIS about acceptance. Has been sent to national benefits centre for processing.

We sent in my paperwork on 8th January, and I got the receipt texts and emails today, 15th. Still waiting for the paper receipt, but it feels good to know they have it all!

Hi! We sent our paperwork on the 8th too and got the email and message today saying they accepted the forms on January 12th. Let's see how this journey goes!

Hi guys

We sent in our forms as well. We just got text messages with receipt number.We got 3 numbers and when we looked it up on uscis case status , it says that the finger print fees was received as well as for EAD &AP. It doesn't mention anything about the AOS package or does the finger print fee refer to AOS package as well?. what is the next step in the process? Thanks you guys.

I got a letter for biometric appointment. Its on 02/02/2015. Its pretty quick.

I received my biometrics appointment letter yesterday, set date 6th feb

I also received the letter for biometrics appointment scheduled 02/02/2015. That is pretty quick, I received the letter yesterday and appointment is in less than 10 days! I have to plan my trip asap.
