Had interview yesterday. Pretty awkward. The USCIS was very serious. He just randomly would look at one of us and ask a question to one of us.

Things got a little better after he asked if we brought pictures, and asked who the little girl (my niece) was.

At the end he handed me papers and told me I was approved, and gave information how to proceed (the greencard condition for 2 years, etc).

We asked if we could get the thin ments on the jar before we left, and he said "yes, just not for me" and smiled.

He said I should receive the card within 2 or 3 weeks.

How long from interview day to card on the mail?

And Thanks all.

Planing on visiting my family in Brazil now, and getting my family to meet my wife.

9 days

The officer told me I'd get it within 90 days (so long...?) but he never mentioned anything in regards to the renewal in 2 years. Odd?

I think that the 2 year conditional card is only if you have been married for less than 2 years.

After the interview my case status updated saying that I'll receive it by end of July, so I think the officer just gave you the standard estimate. But you should receive it soon

I've been married for less than one year, so I should be getting the conditional one.
