Seconds after I replied I got another text (its past 8:30pm now, didn't think they worked so late) .

It says:

On April 9, 2015, we approved your Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization , Receipt Number MSC*********. We will mail your approval notice. Please follow the instructions in the notice.

What does that mean?

The message before that was the order of production of the card.

The travel permit has the same message.

Thanks! What a relief, seriously...we sent it all in, including the medical results at the same time. I came into interview with a mount of proof too, all of which was not needed. Be OVER organized and send lots of proof. I found this to be the case when I applied for PR status to Canada too.

Today we did receive the EAD card. Adam will not get his Green Card until June 6th, according to the website, so this EAD card will cover him until then.

Interesting note to every one, One you are approved for green card, your temporary Advanced Parole is null and void, even when you don't have Green Card in hand. Our interviewer would not stamp my husband's passport and told us that if we wanted to leave the country before GC comes in, we would have to make another appointment, drive to Indy 2 hours away, and get the stamp. Arghh. Adam did want to go to Ottawa for a conference in May, and that is not going to happen now. It is too much of a hassle to go back for a stamp. We told him this too...and he said no. Maybe he was not authorized? Maybe he did not have the stamp on hand? Who knows...Glad he told us about the temp AP card automatically cancelling out though because we probably would have thought nothing else of it and using it.

But can't your husband travel between the U.S. and Canada just with his Canadian passport or ID? Does that cause problems for his residency application?

Congratulations, it's awesome that the process was so fast for you guys!

No, he would be taking a chance. He is on file and they look up his passport number each and every time, especially when he had his TN-1 and I-94 in there...

We just got word today that his green card was sent out.

Thanks! Good Luck to all of you as well!

Hi All,

My I-131 case status was changed on Apr 10th to REF, we suspended processing of your Form I-131.

I haven't receive the notice yet by mail, what could be the reason for suspending I-131. I have mentioned in my application that I need to visit my parents.

Also, My EAD application is not yet approved and it's pending for 73 days now, should I call them or I have to wait for the 90 days?
