Is evidence of intent to marry within 90 days needed? (split topic)

Please I would like to know how to submit an evidence that me and my fiance intend to marry within 90 days of my entry to the US as a K-1 visa holder.

should I attach a written statement of intent to marry, with my signature on it and that's it?

You don't need to submit any evidence that you intend to marry within the 90 days. All that is required is a signed letter by both you and your fiance that you are willing to marry each other and intend to do so within 90 days after entering on a K1 visa.

Just two simply letters stating that "I intend to marry Person X within 90 days of their arrival into the US. Signed Person Y" and visa verse with original signatures. That's all we did and we're at the end of the process now.

What we did way back were, we sent our letters of intent, engagement ring receipt, wedding gown receipt and aggreement from the bridal shop and most of all a notarized letter from the preacher who will conduct the wedding ceremony. We included everything that we can think of and it was all worth it

Are we talking initial I-129F submission or interview. For the submission, the aforementioned letter is what you need. For the interview, I heard rumors it was needed, I provided one to my wife, and nobody asked for it.

They don't need a lot of nonsense. Two letters, one written by you and one by the fiance, saying yes I intend to marry within 90 days (with original signatures) is sufficient. That is all we sent and had no issues at all.

I'm currently in the stage of filling out the g-325a form.. is it ok to print and fill it by handwriting? or I must fill it online?
