DS 160 and Interview time- A little lost...

We are almost there but I am a little lost. Our Visa app went to the Santo Domingo on 19 Dec. I heard nothing from anyone. NO letter.. Nothing. I called and found out early week it was approved. I called the US Embassy and the young woman sent me to a website that did not look right $$$$$$$$$$$$.com. It looked like some company website and not quite a US website. It seemed like something I had already done before except paying the extra $265 fee.

I found a link to the page for DS 160. I completed it and received confirmation( in Spanish). So...do I go back to the DOS website? It says from the other site that I can only pay the money at Banco Popular there? and not online by card? Should I book a ticket and just go down there and be doing the rest there or?

HELP!...I thought I was almost to the easy stretch...and got derailed.

If the website is ustraveldocs that is a legitimate site that some of the embassies use. The payment method varies country by country. It takes time to receive the instructions letters from embassy.

19-Sept-14: I-129F Delivered

23-Sept-14: NOA1 (I-797C ~ Texas Lockbox accepted I-129F)

24-Sept-14: NOA1 (E-mail & Text)

Sent to California Service Center

3-Nov-14: Requested expedite by mailed letter with UN Human Rights Reports (Humanitarian Situation)

14-Nov-14: NOA2 (I-129F Petition Approved ~ E-mail & Text)

1-Dec-14: NVC Received Case

2-Dec-14: NVC Case Number Assigned

9-Dec-14: Embassy Received

3-Feb-15: "Package 3" Received/Turned In

25-Feb-15: "Package 4" - Received Interview Date

19-Mar-15: Interview ~ Approved

27-Mar-15: Visa Issued

I can't even complete it because i dont have an acceptable picture at the end of application..... this is so complicated!!! Then i try going back into the application and it ask me for a security question that i was never askedtherefor could give them an answer. Im piss!!

I'm scared to schedule the interview if the medical results won't be ready in time. Also don't know if my fiancé will be able to get the medical done without the form from packet 4! So confusing...

The total amount of days from the date I mailed in our K1 Visa application to the day my fiancé stepped foot into the USA:

1 year, 3 months and 8 days.

The amount of days from the date we mailed in our AOS to the date everything was approved (after 3 RFEs):

7 months & 5 days

Which makes our journey a total of:

2 years, 3 months, and 8 days

Ask him to call the doctor's office where he will have his medicals performed for all the information. I'm sure they will have the answer.
