Hello,

Being born in the Philippines, I have two first names, one middle name and last name. Lets say my name on my birth cert is: Paul Chris (first) Galvez (middle) Antonio (last).

When I first applied for a gc (my grandfather petitioned me), I was told by my mom to follow the american naming convention and just use Paul (first) Chris (middle) Antonio (last) as the name on my gc. Ever since that's the name i've been using for my Drivers license, SS and bank accounts. Since I can't apply for naturalization yet, I have to renew my 10year gc.

Now I have TWO problems:

1. When applying for renewal, can I still use Chris as my middle name even though my real middle name is Galvez. Would this be a problem during renewal and in the future for naturalization?

2. There was a MISTAKE on my green card, I just noticed that my name on it is Paul (first) Chris Antonio (middle) Antonio (last). So they also included my last name in my middle name. Now when I apply to renew my gc, can I just say I would want to renew my expiring gc and just put in the correct name in the application? Paul (first) Chris (middle) Antonio (last) -- I wanna use this name since my SS, DL, bank are all under this name. However my birth cert says something else.

Please help :(
