We got our second CENOMAR today because our previous one falls outside the infamous 6 month window of acceptability for the USEM interview. It cost 195 pesos and took 3 days to make ready for pickup at NSO.

It is dated January 8, 2015. Stated on the letter is "This certification is based on the records of 1945-2014 marriages enrolled in the database as of December 30, 2014."

Perhaps in the near future the NSO will update the letters to include the timeframe of 2015.
