I-129F Directly to California

I seem to be a bit confused, How is it decided which ones go to California? Is it by location? Can I send it directly to California or are they all supposed to go through Texas?

Being Arizona it will then be sent on to California, but you must send it to the Dallas Lockbox for them to transfer it.

All petitions are sent to the Dallas lockbox and then, depending on the petitioner's state, it will be sent to either CSC or TSC. There are threads which explain which states go to which service center somewhere on here, but as someone pointed out, Arizona is CSC so you're lucky
