RFE to my ROC please help...

I got RFE to my removal condition, they ask following papers.

1. Few Bank statement each year since we got married since 2011.[ our problem is our bank before its already closed last nov 2013, the bank dont want to release any documents even letter saying our account been closed. And all our bank statement been shredded. I have only recently 2014 bank statement. Do we need to right letter explaining?

2. I dont have name on our morgage house. What im gonna do?

We send is, deed of trust,life insurance, health insurance,car insurance, plane ticket from our last trip,picture, letter from 2 friends testify our marriage. Thats it but they still asking morgage of the house and the bank statement,

Those papers need to be spanning over your marriage, couple recent documents will result in RFE. We don't have any banking activities at all, we explained it on our RFE response why we don't have any banking together and we got approved after 10 days we sent in RFE. You need to explain everything on a formal cover letter so they will look into other evidences. Gather everything you have now and send in with the letter I mentioned. Give them everything you have, but don't try to create new document (new bank account or credit cards, new insurance... They only make USCIS to think you are creating new evidences.) Good luck.
