Guys, I just checked and I have the 3 N/As. I'm not sure what to think yet.

Apparently my scan date is Dec 31, but I received the email on Jan 6 so I assumed Jan6 was my scan date.

 

I am the beneficiary.
USCIS
12/20/2013 ... I-130 sent from France to Chicago lockbox
12/23/2013 ... I-130 received
12/27/2013 ... NOA1 email received
01/07/2014 ... I-797C receipt received: Nebraska Service Center, Priority Date: December 23, 2013
06/06/2014 ... "Alien Registration Number Change" email received
07/23/2014 ... e-Request filed. 7 months since NOA1!!!
08/07/2014 ... e-Request response: Security checks still pending
09/15/2014 ... After various requests NSC email received stating that petition is "assigned to an officer" ... Going on 9 months since NOA1
09/24/2014 ... I-130 FINALLY APPROVED!!! ... After 9 months and 1 day
10/15/2014 ... Case shipped to NVC, three weeks after NOA2

10/28/2014 ... NVC received
11/18/2014 ... Case # and IIN assigned
12/02/2014 ... NVC welcome email received
12/31/2014 ... AOS and IV packages received at NVC - Scan Date
03/05/2015 ... 3 N/As - CASE COMPLETE!!!

Consulate
04/15/2015 ... Interview - APPROVED!!!

My scan date is Dec 2nd. Still nothing. But I found a person from Facebook NVC group page who got CC with scan date Dec 2nd!!! I'm expecting to hear something soon.

I dnt know what to think now when all other with same scan date are getting 3n/a'sa and nothing for me yet after 3 checklist. Are we getting another checklist? Scan date January 2.

I'm right there with you. My scan date for our checklist is 12/29 and nothing for me either.

I have a feeling its another checklist for me. For the third time.

Have only seen one Jan 2nd scan date so don't panic yet. I'm sure yours is right around the corner :) I don't think I've ever seen a third checklist.....they just ask you to take correction to the interview. Hang in there!

USCIS

10-24-14 : I-130 sent from South Africa to Chicago Lockbox

11-03-14 : NOA1, Case Transferred to California Service Center

11-24-14 : NOA2

NVC

12-12-14 : Case received by NVC

01-15-15 : Case # Assigned

01-15-15: DS-261 completed

01-20-15: AOS fee invoiced & paid

01-21-15: Mailed AOS & IV Packages

01-22-15: ORIGINAL SCAN DATE- both packages

01-23-15: Sent corrected AOS - caught my own mistake

02-11-15: IV bill invoiced & paid

02-14-15: DS-260 completed

04-01-15: Case Complete

04-16-15: P4 e-mail

05-14-15: Interview Date

05-25--15 : POE, time to MOVE!!!!

Removal of Conditions

Wow congrats!' When was the last time u checked? And how many times did u checked today after seeing 3 n/as?

I checked the last time at 12:30pm and it still said paid, then when I checked at 2:00pm it showed N/A.

Thank you.. I dnt know until what time should i stop checking online or should i just check tommrow morning bcoz i wont see any changed today if i keep checking.
