NVC received 12/5 "60 days" letter 12/8. Haven't heard anything yet.

Petitioner: U.S. Citizen living in U.S. Beneficiary: Egyptian Citizen living in Egypt Seychelles United States!

Visa type: CR-1

01-06-14 Married

03-21-14 Priority Date (Nebraska Service Center)

03-25-14 NOA1

08-26-14 Approved! 5 months, 5 days

09-04-14 shipped to NVC per USCIS website

10-09-14 NVC "received"

10-28-14 Case #

10-30-14 DS261/AOS fee

12-02-14 IV fee

12-03-14 Sent Package

01-30-15 Case Complete! 5 months at NVC with no checklists

03-25-15 Received Interview Letter, date is 05/14/15

05-14-15 Interview Result: APPROVED!

06-08-15 25 days later...CEAC finally shows READY

06-11-15 Visa in Hand

06-15-15 POE in Philadelphia

Total Time from Sending Petition to Visa in Hand: 14 months, 3 weeks

My scan date is Dec 2nd. Still nothing. But I found a person from Facebook NVC group page who got CC with scan date Dec 2nd!!! I'm expecting to hear something soon.

Any cc for those who have dec4 scan dates?

I saw a post by a member who got approved today, their scan date was around December 15th, from what I understood:

09/29/2014 - mailed off AOS & IV Packet
10/01/2014 - NVC received documents (e-mail 60 days review)

12/02/2014 - received checklist for AOS
12/11/2014 - new scan date for corrected AOS
02/05/2015 - Case complete as for my case (son´s case still shows paid)
02/06/2015 - 2nd checklist email for both cases (i can take my correction to the interview, for son another 60 days of wait :clock: :cry: )
02/18/2015 - new Scan date
03/26/2015 - Case complete for my son´s case too, yay, the uncertainty is over
04/01/2015 - received Case Complete email for both
05/06/2015 - Medical
05/26/2015 - Interview / APPROVED!!!
05/26/2015 - CEAC already shows "ISSUED" in the afternoon
05/30/2015 - Visa in hands
08/12/2015 - POE Houston, TX

No nothin yet. I have dec 4, scan date. I have seen a few dec with cc but it doesn't make sense how the got it already.. Today NVC is closed due to weather, so I think.. Hopefully by Wednesday there will be some news..

No nothin yet. I have dec 4, scan date. I have seen a few dec with cc but it doesn't make sense how the got it already.. Today NVC is closed due to weather, so I think.. Hopefully by Wednesday there will be some news..

My mother-in-law called NVC couple of weeks ago and was told that my package was scheduled for review on Feb.4. But I'm hoping it's gonna be earlier if they are coping up with their backlogs. Hopefully...

09/15/2014 ... After various requests NSC email received stating that petition is "assigned to an officer" ... Going on 9 months since NOA1
09/24/2014 ... I-130 FINALLY APPROVED!!! ... After 9 months and 1 day
10/15/2014 ... Case shipped to NVC, three weeks after NOA2

Hi

We send both packages on DECEMBER 26, 2014 and call NVC, as per their information my scan date is December 30, 2014 and when i inquire about the 60 day email, and they said the email facility not working. so up to now i didn't receive any emails and i called twice and they told me my scan date is December 30, 2014.

I believe it's the date at the top of the letter they sent on email (the date when they made the letter). They emailed me on dec 6 with Dec 5 date at the top. So Im assuming my scan date is dec5. My docs are sched for review on Feb4 which is the 60th day. I'm not sure though. Lol. Edited by rachelbernard

I have a December 11th scan date, I'm hoping they get to it near February 11th!

We have the same scan date. Let's keep each other posted :)

ah! the email is dated on Jan 6.

well i guess i'll stick to Jan 6, so if it comes earlier it will be a nice "surprise".
