Well I called NVC and set on hold for 50 minutes just to hear the 60 day speal lol but I did find out my last scan date is 12/29 not 12/31 like I was told before so that is a plus. 54 days and still counting

My scan date is Dec 2nd. Still nothing. But I found a person from Facebook NVC group page who got CC with scan date Dec 2nd!!! I'm expecting to hear something soon.

57 days and still nothing! I can't even get thru their phone line

my 57 day too i call in the morning and Paula told me that it should be review at the end of this week or the beginig of the following week

USCIS:
Service Center : Nebraska Service Centre

04/24/2014 : Got Married in Cuba
05/19/2014 : Mailed I-130 application
05/22/2014 : NOA 1
10/28/2014 : Received NOA2
11/03/2014 : Nebraska shipped case NVC

NATIONAL VISA CENTER (NVC):

11/18/2014 : National Visa Center (NVC) received
12/18/2014 : (NVC) Case Number, IIN & BIN generated.
12/19/2014 : DS-261 available. Completed & submitted online.
12/19/2014 : AOS fee bill invoiced & paid online.
12/23/2014 : Mailed AOS package/IV package

12/30/2014 : AOS package/IV package (Scanned)Spoke with Kim

01/16/2015 : IV fee bill invoiced & paid online.
01/24/2015 : Submitted DS-260 (wait begins...... ) :clock:

06/04/2015: More documents were provided to the embassy as a bonafe

06/05/2015: Status Updated still AP

08/21/2015: Case was refused

12/21/2015: Case was send back to NVC

01/14/2016: Case was received at NVC

01/22/2016: Case was send to USCIS

02/03/2016: Case was received at USCIS/ now waiting 6-12 months :crying:

so got the CC email from NVC today AM...took about 5 business days from the actual CC date (2/17).......let see when we get the interview date......our congressman expedite request was denied by the indian embassy.....

Actually, they are working on cases of Dec 22nd. In fact, today I checked status online and saw 3 N/As. I hope it means "completed case". I will call NVC today or tonight to confirm if it is case completed. My scanned date is Dec 22nd.

god willing you will hear the CC soon.....its a great feeling to finally be over the recurring 60 days of wait periods :goofy:

I got 3 N/As this morning and will call NVC tonight to confirm if it is CC. My spouse and I might join you at the interview in New Delhi if we receive the same date of the interview! ha! :D:lol:

Question: did it take you 5 business days to receive the CC email after you found out about 3 N/As? I look forward to receiving the CC email soon.

Let me know when you receive the P3 letter (interview appointment letter) and let me know when the interview date will be.
