My scan date is Dec 2nd. Still nothing. But I found a person from Facebook NVC group page who got CC with scan date Dec 2nd!!! I'm expecting to hear something soon.

Scan Date at NVC - Dec 19. Still waiting for the review. Today is Day 60.

I called NVC this morning (glad they were open) and the CS Rep told that the NVC haven't reviewed the docs yet (Had a AOS Checklist for Amount not matching Income on Tax Return). Hopefully should be reviewed this week.

Just got off the phone with NVC for scan date 17 she is like u should hear something by next week.....they delay every time i call

My frustration level has just risen from extremely annoyed to straight angry! When I spoke with Guss on Friday, he told me they are averaging 66 days to review documents right now. I was really hoping he was over exaggerating, but now I'm starting to think that was an under estimate. Ugh! Day 62... Each day gets more and more difficult for me. :ranting:

10/11/2014 – Mailed I-130 packet to the Chicago Lockbox
10/14/2014 – I-130 packet signed for
10/15/2014 – Priority date assigned
10/19/2014 – Acceptance confirmation email received
10/20/2014 – Check cashed
10/24/2014 – Received I-797C (NOA1)
10/27/2014 – Faxed the USCIS expedite packet to the Senator's office
10/29/2014 – Expedite request sent to USCIS from the Senator's office on my behalf

it is frustrating last wek i called they said i should hear something by this week......now it changed to next week ughhhh.......im just hoping for the best they can take few extra days if they want i just dont wanna see a checklist......praying to god for CC

Spoke with an agent at NVC tonight. Our scan date is Dec. 10 and we haven't heard anything. I think we are 67 or 68 days out now. The agent told me that the case still has not been reviewed, but it's currently taking about 67 days. I'm OK with that - it will happen when it happens... and they won't make us wait forever! No news is better than bad news.. that's what I'm telling myself.

I am currently on hold with the NVC to confirm again, because I just cannot believe it. Original scan date 12/17. :D
