Ehm...how do you know when DS260 was reviewed?

I suppose I'll know once I get a CC, but my situation is unique.

I guess if you submitted it at the same time as your packages you never really know when it's reviewed, it'll just all be included in your CC or you'll get a checklist.

I think you're referring to me? Yes, I did take a long time with the DS-260 not realizing it needed to be done so far in advance. I thought as long as it's submitted before the IV package was reviewed it'd be ok, they'd just review it all at the same time. I know, not too smart looking back.

However, they did review my IV package on its own right on the 60 day mark. I did get a checklist for it saying I need to submit my 260 even though technically it was submitted.

I spoke to a really nice agent and he said everything is reviewed but the 260 which takes between 30-60 days to review. Once it's reviewed I'll be CC. He also said I'd have to make a huge mistake on the 260 for it not to be cleared since you can make changes at the Embassy if need be.

Like you did, I waited to submit the DS-260. It was completed about two weeks after my scan date so it's not too bad. Of course in hindsight I would have done it much earlier. Hope it will be reviewed before my packages!

Hi all December scan dates! Where are we with reviews/case conpletes. We had a few solid 12/11 and looks like there hasn't been another big wave of CCs since just some random December dates through our the week. I wonder what NVC is upto?

As far as I have seen, there was one 12/16 scan date with CC. There have been a few others with dates around the 15th-18th that have also gotten CC or a checklist, however, those were for checklist reviews.

I am a 12/17 original scan date and am still impatiently waiting... Insha'Allah, any day now.

Like you did, I waited to submit the DS-260. It was completed about two weeks after my scan date so it's not too bad. Of course in hindsight I would have done it much earlier. Hope it will be reviewed before my packages!

You should be totally fine. I submitted mine really late...right before the 60 day mark.

A lot of people watch to see if their Affidavit of Support fee changes from paid to N/A, then they call to confirm. Others just call everyday as the approach the 60 mark as not everyone's fee changes. Typically, the CC email comes 7 days after the actual CC date, although not everyone receives the email for some reason.

Hi i am dec. 15th scan date for aos and had my case completed last feb. 7, i saw my aos fee changed from paid to N/A and nvc confirmed it to me when I called them. After 5days from case complete date I received my interview letter

Thanks!! i called today still nothing the lady told me that i should hear something by the end of next week!! i was so surprised i got through on my 2nd try to call which is never the case it takes like 50-70 tries just to get put on hold!! you are lucky for the interview letter so quick!! sadly for indian embassy it takes forever....i've heard somewhere from a month to two

Another person with scan date of 12/30 got a scan date... There really is no ryhmn or reason to NVC process!

Actually I saw one person with 12/30 scan date and CC over a week ago, and yet another one today.
