I called NVC tonight - after almost 45 mins on hold....I got a VERY nice agent on the phone. After the usual info....he said - I have very good news for you...I held my breath and he said.... "congrats, case complete." Finally our one year journey is coming to a close! My scan date is Dec 11.

Congratulations!

Just checked online and our AOS fee has changed to N/A!!!

Will call to confirm, but I think our case is finally complete :)

My scan date is Dec 2nd. Still nothing. But I found a person from Facebook NVC group page who got CC with scan date Dec 2nd!!! I'm expecting to hear something soon.

Thank you, your in my prayers to. Will definitely keep you updated! I look at the list and when I see someone get CC I get excited for them and so thankful to God that NVC is moving. It's gonna be our turn very soon in Jesus name! Amen!

01/21/2014 - I-130 NOA1 received

05/31/2014 - I-130 NOA2 received (128 days since NOA1)

NVC:

06/07/2014 - NVC received

06/27/2014 - Case number assigned

07/16/2014 - DS-261 completed

07/19/2014 - AOS fee paid

07/23/2014 - AOS documents mailed

07/28/2014 - AOS documents scanned

09/10/2014 - IV documents mailed (with AOS cover)

09/15/2014 - IV fee paid

09/15/2014 - IV documents scanned

09/18/2014 - DS-260 completed

09/19/2014 - False checklist received for DS-260

11/06/2014 - Checklist received for Military Records

3 N/As this morning! Can I say 100% that this is a case complete? Can't call till Monday obviously, but has anyone ever seen that not be a case complete?

9/8/2014 - Arrived to Chicago Lockbox

9/10/2014 - Email notification of NOA1 - forwarded to CSC

9/25/2014 - Received hard copy of NOA1

9/30/2014 - Email notification of NOA2, approved (20 days)

NVC

10/15/2014 - NVC received case

11/5/2014 - Case # and IIN assigned

11/6/2014 - Welcome email from NVC and DS-261 submitted

11/7/2014 - AOS fee invoiced and paid

12/2/2014 - Send AOS and IV pack together from Australia

12/3/2014 - IV fee invoiced and paid

Woohoo you and TineyCJ where our last 12/11s this week we are are moving into the teens! How exciting ??

Hi fellow VJ'ers just checked my CEAC and i already have the 3 NA's. Me and my husband will be calling NVC right away when it opens on monday to see if it is indeed a case complete!!!!!!

Last scan date due to an AOS checklist: DECEMBER 15, 2014.

Thank you so much everyone from here!!!!!

Congratulations to those who got their CC's and I am praying for everyone still waiting for their case complete! We can all do it for our loved ones!!!!
